An officer of the French Air Force mechanics corps, Brigadier General Maroussia Renucci has served at various levels of responsibility and command, notably within operational maintenance units.

She began her career on the C-160 Transall at Orléans Air Base 123 and held a range of responsibilities in the technical and operational field, both in transport squadrons and in aeronautical technical support squadrons (ESTA), alternating between Évreux Air Base 105 and Orléans Air Base 123. During these years in operational units, she took part in several overseas operations and multinational exercises.

After an assignment to the office of the Chief of Staff of the French Air and Space Force as personal military adviser, she commanded Air Base 204 and the French Air Force repair workshops (ARAA 623) at the Mérignac “Beauséjour” site.

Brigadier General Renucci subsequently held several positions in central administration, mainly in the fields of aeronautical in-service support and civilian and military human resources, including Deputy Director for civilian and military HR steering at the DRHMD.

After serving as General Officer for Simplification to the Major General of the French Air and Space Force, she was selected to create the position of General Officer in charge of Aeronautical In-Service Support (OGMCO) within the Air and Space Force Staff.

Since 22 July 2025, Brigadier General Maroussia Renucci has served as Deputy Director of the DMAé.

She attended the German Armed Forces Command and Staff College in Hamburg, and was an auditor of the 68th session of the Centre for Advanced Military Studies (CHEM) and the 71st national defence policy session of IHEDN.
