Sébastien Fourquet, 54, is Vice President of Customer Support & Service (CSS) for military aviation activities, on behalf of Thales DMS (Defence Mission Systems) and AVS (Avionics).

 

Married and father of three children, he has built a multidisciplinary career shaped by engineering expertise and a strong customer focus. Graduated from SUPELEC in 1994, specializing in signal processing, he began his career in the medical sector as a designer of artificial respiration equipment.

 

He joined Thales in 1997 as a system integration engineer for laser designation PODs, then contributed in 2003 to the creation of the Customer Service entity within the Optronics Business Line in GBU LAS.

 

After three years working in the Group’s electronic design workshops, he joined GBU SIX in 2012.

 

With four years of commercial experience as an Export Sales representative for the NATO account, he then redirected his expertise toward service and support, taking responsibility for support for radiocommunications products, as well as serving as Vice President of the Support & Services Commission of Gicat for two years.

 

Today, he holds the position of Vice President, Customer Support & Service, with the goal of strengthening support performance and customer satisfaction to meet the challenges of aeronautical maintenance today and tomorrow.
