A career dedicated to corporate industrial strategy and transformation.

She first spent 18 years in consulting firms, working on assignments focused on operational excellence, accelerating development and production, and optimising product and service portfolios, particularly in the automotive, aerospace and defence sectors.

Building on this experience, she then spent 10 years at Naval Group, initially in transformation management roles, then as Supply Chain Director for in-service support and services, and finally as Strategy Director. In 2024, she joined MBDA, first leading initiatives related to the “war economy” and subsequently becoming the Group’s capacity planning director (S&OP).
