Géraldine Thiercelin was appointed Head of Air Power Services in January 2024. In this role, she is responsible for the entire in-service fleet, including Eurofighter, A400M, MRTT, light and medium aircraft, AWACS and Tornado, as well as activities such as training, material support, technical support and MRO.

From 2019 to December 2023, Géraldine Thiercelin developed the A400M services programme for Airbus Defence and Space. In this role, she ensured customer satisfaction by steering service activities toward expected performance, developing the services business and managing improvements related to fleet availability. She also oversaw the development of all contractual Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) deliverables for the seven launch nations, in accordance with the contract. Together with her international team, Géraldine also negotiated additional service activities with the main nations and export customers.

Géraldine Thiercelin joined Airbus Helicopters in 2003, where she held several positions, including services business development, logistics operations management, R&D performance improvement, and finally programme support management for light and twin-engine helicopters. Her key achievements include successfully managing operational crisis situations related to airworthiness and/or the supply chain, and progressively implementing global cooperation between Airbus Helicopters support teams.

Before joining Airbus Group, Géraldine Thiercelin held positions at companies including Nokia Networks as a project manager, Swift as a sales engineer, and Steria as a development and customer support engineer.

Born in 1970, she holds a telecommunications engineering degree from Institut Télécom Paris and an MBA from IAE Aix-en-Provence. She is married and has three children.
