Graduated from the 1993 class of the Naval School, specializing in aeronautical energy (ENERA), Rear Admiral Guénaëlle Créachcadec has dedicated most of her career to aeronautical maintenance.

She began her service at the Lann Bihoué Naval Air Base, first in the base's technical services and then within the maritime patrol squadron 23F. She subsequently alternated between inter-service central positions (SIMMAD, SIAé) and within the Navy (ALAVIA, EMM).

She was the director of the « atelier industriel de l’aéronautique de Bretagne » from 2022 to 2025.

She is currently the deputy director of strategy at the Direction de la Maintenance Aéronautique. She is a graduate of the Inter-Service Defense College and has been an auditor at Centre des Hautes Etudes Militaires and Institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale - defense policy session.
