Gauthier Houël began his career at Dassault Aviation in software development. He quickly moved into Support Engineering, where he held various positions ranging from software development to the management of tool-supported processes. His career led him to head the Support Products Design Office, where he managed key projects such as training systems, maintenance information systems and ground support equipment.

Today, Gauthier Houël is responsible for innovation and the development strategy of support products and services for Dassault Aviation’s military and civil aircraft. In this role, he works closely with the Director of Support Engineering to anticipate future challenges and propose advanced technological solutions that meet operational needs and priorities.
