Anne-Catherine Guitard is Chief Executive Officer of AEROCAMPUS Nouvelle-Aquitaine, a leading European campus specialising in aerospace maintenance and the development of skills for the aerospace, space and defence sectors.

With nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience, she has led organisational transformation, workforce development and strategic partnerships in France and internationally. Fluent in French, English and Spanish, she previously held senior leadership positions in higher education and international development before bringing her expertise to the aerospace, space and defence ecosystem.

As CEO of AEROCAMPUS, she leads the strategy of a campus recognised for its expertise in training the workforce supporting aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Operational Sustainment (MCO), helping address the evolving needs of industry, maintenance operators and the French Defence Technological and Industrial Base (DTIB).

She also serves as Chair of the Aerospace & Space Campus of Excellence for Nouvelle-Aquitaine and as a Board Member of Aerospace Valley, contributing to strategic discussions on critical skills, industrial sovereignty and the future capabilities of the aerospace, space and defence sectors.

A Lieutenant Colonel in the French Air and Space Force Reserve and a graduate of the French Centre for Advanced Studies in Air Defence (CESDA), she is leading the development of PAMCO (Support Hub for High-Intensity Combat Operational Sustainment), an initiative dedicated to strengthening workforce preparedness and organisational resilience for high-intensity operations.

She believes that technological superiority depends as much on people and skills as it does on equipment, and works to strengthen the links between industry, education and defence to develop the capabilities required for tomorrow's operational challenges.
