Call for applications

Are you exhibiting at AD2S? You may be eligible to take part in the AD2S Technical-operational demonstrations.

AD2S 2026 will showcase technical-operational demonstrations highlighting how armed forces, public institutions, and industry are preparing the future of combat-ready aerospace MRO.

Demonstrations may present mature or emerging technologies, operational procedures, industrial capabilities, or collaborative approaches between military and industrial stakeholders.

Most demonstrations will take place outdoors in the operational area of Air Base 106, while digital or compact demonstrations may also be presented on exhibitor stands.

Outdoor demonstration areas are available by reservation (€100/sqm). A private 5m × 5m mini chalet may also be installed adjacent to the reserved demonstration space.

Participation in the Innovation Challenge is reserved for registered AD2S exhibitors.

Demonstration requirements

1. 

Be operationally relevant and previously tested before the event.

2. 

Remain fully compliant with safety, legal, and airfield regulations.

3. 

Be repeatable throughout the three days of the exhibition.

4. 

Last a maximum of 20 minutes.

5. 

Include clear explanations accessible to both expert and non-expert audiences, in French and English.

Participation conditions

Applications are open to: 

Public and governmental entities

Civilian or military organizations

Private companies

Research centers

Applicants must be French or European entities contributing to the European Defence Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB).

Joint applications are permitted, provided a lead organization is designated.

To participate, applicants must:

  • Be registered as exhibitors at AD2S.
  • Cover all costs related to transport, installation, and execution of the demonstration.
  • Comply with all technical, operational, and safety requirements.
